Overview

JIELUME Copper & Aluminum Wire EDM Fluid is a dedicated working fluid for wire EDM of non-ferrous metals. It is formulated to maintain cooling, lubrication, cleaning and machine protection while cutting copper and aluminum, preventing surface discolouration and chip adhesion — delivering a consistent process and reliable surface finish on non-ferrous work.

Key Features

  • Dedicated non-ferrous formulation — developed specifically for copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous workpieces
  • Surface protection — reduces discolouration and oxide film build-up during cutting
  • Sustained cooling, lubrication and cleaning — supports stable discharge and consistent cut quality
  • Machine protection — maintains clean flushing and reduces the risk of chip adhesion
  • Industrial supply scale — 1000L container minimises handling and supports centralised bulk fluid systems

Specifications

Item Details
Product Category JIELUME Copper & Aluminum Wire EDM Fluid
Model LJ-EDM-SF-1000
Specification 1000L
Packaging / Version 1000L
Appearance / Form Liquid working fluid
Application Range Wire EDM of copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous workpieces

Why this specification

The 1000L container is the industrial-scale option for large plants and centralised fluid distribution. It eliminates repeated drum handling, reduces packaging waste and guarantees supply continuity for high-volume non-ferrous lines — the lowest total cost of ownership for continuous production.

Usage & Precautions

Start with a small batch using clean water and check discharge stability, cutting speed, surface finish and machine protection before setting the production ratio. Do not simply reuse universal fluid ratios on different copper and aluminum alloys or machine settings.
