Overview

JIELUME Copper & Aluminum Wire EDM Fluid is a dedicated working fluid for wire EDM of non-ferrous metals. It is formulated to maintain cooling, lubrication, cleaning and machine protection while cutting copper and aluminum, preventing surface discolouration and chip adhesion — delivering a consistent process and reliable surface finish on non-ferrous work.

Key Features

  • Dedicated non-ferrous formulation — developed specifically for copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous workpieces
  • Surface protection — reduces discolouration and oxide film build-up during cutting
  • Sustained cooling, lubrication and cleaning — supports stable discharge and consistent cut quality
  • Machine protection — maintains clean flushing and reduces the risk of chip adhesion
  • Resale-friendly drum — plain-colour 20L drum, labelled for distributor resale

Specifications

Item Details
Product Category JIELUME Copper & Aluminum Wire EDM Fluid
Model LJ-EDM-SF-20
Specification 20L
Packaging / Version 20L drum
Appearance / Form Liquid working fluid
Application Range Wire EDM of copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous workpieces

Why this specification

The 20L drum is the middle option between entry pails and bulk containers. It suits workshops with steady non-ferrous cutting volume and distributors who resell under their own label — enough supply for continuous production without the handling weight of a 200L drum.

Usage & Precautions

Start with a small batch using clean water and check discharge stability, cutting speed, surface finish and machine protection before setting the production ratio. Do not simply reuse universal fluid ratios on different copper and aluminum alloys or machine settings.
